Apply to join Global Peer Council 2024

Are you ready to speak up about issues that matter to you—and learn how to take action? Today’s Peer is looking for students who will join with kids from across the globe on our Global Peer Council to discuss issues, engage in healthy debate, and speak up to be the voice for your generation. It’s time to have your voice heard.

Global Peer Council applicants will be judged on the originality of ideas they present in their application, their writing, and their passion for the ideas they express. Deadline for the submission of application is 1st March 2024. Twenty (20) Winners will be notified on or around 15th March 2024.

The engaging, hands-on learning experience begins. Global Peer Council meetings will typically be held once a week, from March to June, via videoconference / online. These meetings are tentatively scheduled for evenings, West African time, in order to accommodate students in different time zones. There will be a scheduled in person meeting to award students who excel in their task.

Students ages 7-16, please review the rules with a parent or guardian and make sure you understand how the process works, including the requirements and deadlines. Please be sure to complete all parts of the form. Incomplete applications will not be considered valid entries.
